What this flow does
Creating an organization is the start of tenancy, access control, and operational ownership inside WatchTower.
WatchTower is multi-tenant. Every institution or customer account runs inside its own organization boundary.
What gets provisioned

- default settings such as SLA and thresholds
- onboarding milestone tracking
What to prepare first
- organization name
- first admin name
- first admin email
- secure password
What happens after signup
- access the console
- generate or rotate the organization API key
- invite additional team members
- configure thresholds and SLA settings
- connect the platform or simulator to the ingestion API
After organization creation, the tenant should be ready for API-key setup, simulator validation, and first transaction ingestion.
Managed rollout note
For larger managed rollouts, Remllo also supports internal provisioning flows through the internal admin app so organizations can be created and tracked by the Remllo operations team.
