DocsIdentityIdentity Console

Identity Console

The operator workspace for review queues, evidence, wallet, integrations, and verification decisions.

Review queues

See what needs approval, rejection, escalation, or follow-up.

Evidence visibility

Inspect document and verification context without jumping across systems.

Team operations

Give onboarding and compliance teams a shared operating workspace.

What the console is for

The Identity console is the operational surface for your customer’s onboarding and compliance teams. It is where they review applicants, inspect supporting evidence, manage manual decisions, and understand the current trust posture of a customer or business.

Console sections

The console is organized around the same lifecycle your API integration follows, so an operator working a case and an engineer debugging the same case through the API are always looking at the same underlying record.

What each section covers

  • Verify: run a KYC or KYB check directly from the console, for cases you want to start manually rather than through the API
  • Records: every verification your organization has run, searchable by your own customer or business reference
  • Reviews: cases that need a human decision, with the evidence and provider outcomes an operator needs to approve, reject, or escalate
  • Documents: uploaded identity documents and their analysis results
  • Evidence: every artifact collected during verification, with its scan and retention status
  • Wallet: your prepaid balance and funding history, used to pay for check volume
  • Integrations: your API keys, webhook endpoints, and delivery history
  • Settings: organization configuration and team access

Typical operator tasks

  • review pending individual or business verifications
  • inspect document and provider outcomes
  • approve, reject, or request further action
  • track session and webhook delivery issues
